Bala founded numerous computer companies in India, Singapore and USA and upon his return from Singapore in 2003 with an agenda of being “socially responsible”. With over two decades of IT Industry experience, Bala shaped the strategies that led to the exponential offshore growth reaching a crescendo of over 1000+ associates in 2012, when he decided to turn his attention to his long simmering passion 'agriculture'.

Bala is involved in the strategic direction of the Company and acts as a Chief mentor to the management team. Prior to his current responsibilities, Bala spent several years in Singapore co-founding a few IT companies and bringing them to fruition as successful challengers in Singapore IT space. Bala is an Electronics and Communication graduate from Bharathidasan University, India. He is quick-witted and a fast decision maker.

During his spare time, Bala gets into certain unique philanthropic activities such as maintaining and cleaning old temples of South India.

His main focus is on establishing the strategic growth plan of the company and in providing actionable insights to the organization. Raju is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in banking and finance, IT, and sales and distribution in the manufacturing sector. He most recently served as the Executive Vice President – Systems at one of Thailand’s largest banks, the Bank of Ayudhya (BAY). Prior to BAY, Raju held various positions in GE Capital, Thailand for 10 years. During the last 15 years, his responsibilities included overseeing IT PMO function, budgets and expense controls; service delivery operations; infrastructure outsourcing; overseeing helpdesk and service desk functions; leading development and support teams of legacy systems; quality assurance organization and regional IT PMO for consumer finance business.

Ravi has an overall 22 years of experience in the IT Industry and started his career from TCS in 1996. His last assignment was with Wipro Technologies. Before joining Wipro, he worked as Global Delivery Head , managing all responsibilities that included; handling the entire IT delivery operations, projects delivery, client Relationship, risk and compliance and was instrumental in setting high quality delivery standards for greater customer satisfaction. He moved to Wipro during the transition and worked as General Manager managing the delivery for various initiatives of CITI. Ravi had also worked at Citibank from 1999 to 2010 at various levels, managing multiple projects in banking at various levels of complexities, strict schedules, resource constraints and technologies. Ravi has completed his Masters in Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur.

Sheela Ravi has over 22 years of progressive management experience, delivering cost effective solutions to challenging business problems within the financial services and technology solutions industry, with domain expertise in core banking and credit card solutions. Sheela served as the Vice President at Citibank, and has held senior positions at FIS and Wipro. Sheela comes with a unique blend of senior management experience in technology and has consistently exceeded business objectives for clients and business partners. Sheela holds a Masters in Computer Applications from the College of Engineering, Anna University. Sheela is always approachable and believes in creating a positive work environment. She enjoys old Hindi songs of the 70s and 80s and loves trying out new things.

Anantharaman has over 18 years of experience in information technology, managing cross functional teams and multiple domains. Being a well-known strategic leader and delivery head, previously in the healthcare industry, Ananth decided to take up the responsibility of growing and managing with his strategic planning and transformational programs. Anantharaman has a master’s in Computer Science from St Joseph’s College, Trichy and is a certified PMP. He likes to explore his culinary skills in his spare time and enjoys listening to music. Family time is one thing that keeps him energized always.
