Edoc is STAFF Systems' enterprise class document management solution to manage the document lifecycle from capture through management including storage, delivery, and archival.
Edoc can be used across industries such as publishing, healthcare, education, government, insurance, finance, entertainment, media, corporate, advertising, manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, retail, utilities, textile, transport / logistics, chemical and in institutions such as libraries and museums.
Edoc allows organizations to store all types of content in a single virtual repository, which can integrate with an organization's enterprise and legacy applications through the use of XML connectors.
Documents stored in Edoc can have multiple attachments, and content can be exported for archival on media such as tape or CD / DVD.
In addition, Edoc provides a version control mechanism, enabling editing of documents, tracking of document versions, and providing capabilities to lock and unlock documents.
